Shareholder value

Share holder value is business term sometimes pharshed to shareholder value  Maximization or as the shareholder value model which implies that the concept of main business knowledge to ultimate measure of company success as to extent to the  which it enriched shareholder.

Shareholder sometime  refered to  Market capitazation of company.
 The concept of  primary goal for the company is to increase the wealth of the shareholder by paying and devedents or causing stock price  to increase.

A truth table is a mathematical table used in logic—specifically in connection with Boolean algebra, boolean functions, and propositional calculus—which sets out the functional values of logical expressions on each of their functional arguments, that is, for each combination of values taken by their logical variables (Enderton, 2001). In particular, truth tables can be used to show whether a propositional expression is true for all legitimate input values, that is, logically valid.
